Mossena is a calming sound and visual atmosphere website. This policy explains what information is handled when you use mossena.com.

Mixer preferences

Mossena does not save or restore a mix automatically. When you explicitly click Save mix, the mix name, selected scene, sound levels, master volume, motion setting, and Immersive Audio choice are stored in your browser’s local storage on that device. These saved mixes are not sent to Mossena. You can delete an individual saved mix with the Delete button or remove all saved mixes by clearing this site’s browser data. Timers and brightness are not included in saved mixes.

Cookies and similar technologies

Mossena does not currently use advertising or analytics trackers in the atmosphere mixer. WordPress may use essential cookies for administrators who sign in to manage the website.

When you contact us

If you send Mossena a message, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, contact details, and message. We use it to respond to your request and keep it only as long as reasonably necessary for that purpose or to meet legal obligations.

Website operations

Like most websites, Mossena’s hosting and security systems may process technical information such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and request time to deliver the site, prevent misuse, diagnose problems, and maintain security.

Sharing and external services

We do not sell personal information. Information may be handled by service providers that operate or protect the website, or disclosed when required by law. Links to other websites are governed by those websites’ own privacy policies. When you choose Copy share link, Mossena places the scene and mix settings inside the link’s fragment. That fragment is designed to be read by the recipient’s browser rather than sent to Mossena’s server. Anyone who receives the link can view and recreate the settings contained in it.

Your choices and rights

You may ask what personal information Mossena holds about you, request a correction or deletion where applicable, or raise a privacy question through the contact page. Rights vary by location and may be subject to legal exceptions.

Children

Mossena is a general-audience service and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Mossena changes. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published. This policy should be reviewed before Mossena adds accounts, payments, advertising, analytics, or new third-party embeds.
